Colibri focuses equally on two fields of business:

Consulting:
As an expert, deliver advanced solutions to our clients' outsourced work packages.
Mentorship and support:
An advisory role focused on bringing in competence, experience and understanding to our clients.

For consulting, Colibri addresses three areas:

Pre-analysis:
Feasibility studies addressing various aspects related to the start-up phase of projects.
Project phase:
Participate as a member of your development team.
Post-analysis:
Activities aimed at staying ahead of failures and at creating a competence base for understanding and improving systems.

Colibri normally works under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). This is necessary as Colibri often is involved in critical project phases. A consequence is that details about Colibri's consulting activities cannot be disclosed on this website.
