Address lists:
Colibri hosts the mailing lists for the MSx activities (MSB - Micro Structure Bulletin, MSW - Micro Structure Workshop, etc). Included in the lists are only those who actively have said yes to receiving information. We know the hassle shared address lists might cause. Thus, our first priority is to protect the privacy of the individuals on these lists. We have a very strict policy to not share, hand out, sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, etc, the addresses to anyone for use for non-MSx activities, not even to non-commercial, well-reputed international scientific conferences. In case this policy is changed, we are obliged to contact each individual on the address lists to get their approval of using the mailing lists also for non-MSx activities.

Confidentiality:
Any information you give to us will be handled with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

Cookies:
The purpose of this site is to share information. Thus, we do not see any reason for using cookies.

Counters:
Our target is to update frequently visited pages with priority and to remove pages that are less popular. To make this possible we count the number of times each page is visited. The counter logs do not contain any personally identifiable information.
